[Corporations and assets as of end of 4th quarter; profit for entire year. Through 1979, corporations under $10 million based on sample;$10 million and over based on complete
canvass. The asset value forcomplete canvass was raised in 1980 to $25 million, in 1988 to $50 million, and in 1995 to$250 million. Asset sizes less than these values continue to be
