a) The business volume of post and telecommunication services before 2000 was calculated at 1990's constant prices and that in 2001 was calculated
at 2000's constant prices. The increase rate at constant price in 2001 was 27.6 %.
b) Number of postal and telecommunications offices refers to number of postal offices before 1998. That refers to the postal marketing station,
including the postal offices and the postal deputy station, since 2002. The same as the following table.
