Panama City coastal road at dusk, showing the Intercontinental Miramar Hotel tower at left

Balboa Avenue, on the Panama Bay waterfront of Panama City, stretches from the entrance to Casco Viejo past the Vasco Nunez de Balboa Monument, Miramar Marina, and the district of Marbella to the Punta Paitilla district.
It passes by many of the skyscrapers in Panama City and thus provides great views of the city and the bay.
The Intercontinental Miramar Panama hotel, the tall tower shown at left in the photo, is a luxury hotel near Atlapa Convention Center.
