Countryside of Shrocken

The small village of Schrocken lies at the end of a valley in the Bregenzerwald on the foothill of the Hochtannberg mountain.

It offers a wide range of winter sports facilities and traditional hospitality in small pensions, apartments and hotels. The restaurants in Schrocken offer everything from traditional meals to nouvelle cuisine.

The nearest access to the Warth-Schrocken ski area is at the Salober mountain, which can be reached by bus. A 5km-long downhill run to Schrocken passes the idyllic Korbersee lake and ends directly at the village centre.
