The population indicating two races includes the vast majority of the population indicating two or more races. In addition to the 15 combinations of two races (for example, Asian and Black or African American), there are 20 combinations of three races (for example, American Indian and Alaska Native and Asian and Native Hawaiian and Other Pacific Islander), 15 combinations of four races, 6 combinations of five races, and 1 combination of six races. The redistricting files for states include data for the population in each of these 57 combinations of two or more races.
